摘要
用微量细胞中和试验 ,对安徽、江苏和广西的 12个县部分水牛群血清样品 (n =343)牛病毒性腹泻 /粘膜病 (BVD/MD)中和抗体进行检测。结果从 10个县的血清中检出了BVD/MD抗体 ,其中安徽水牛血清 (n =15 0 )BVD/MD抗体平均阳性检出率为 2 4.2 % (范围 10 %～ 46 .7% ) ,江苏 (n =143)BVD/MD平均阳性检出率为 8.4% (0 %～ 11.1% ) ,广西 (n =5 0 )BVD/MD平均阳性检出率为 10 .0 % (0 %～ 15 .4% )。本调查说明我国水牛群中BVD/MD流行在扩大。
The serum specimens(n=343) sampled from buffalos in the partial areas belonging to the 12 counties from Anhui,Jiangsu and Guangxi provinces,were examined for neutralization antibodies against bovine viral diarrhea/mucosal disease (BVD/MD) by means of micro_cell neutralization test.It was concluded that the antibodies to BVD/MD were detected in the serum samples of 10 of the 12 counties,out of which the BVD/MD positive rate of buffalos serum samples of Anhui (n=150),Jiangsu(n=143) and Guangxi(n=50) averaged 24.2%(10%～46.7%),8.4%(0%～11.1%) and 10%(0%～15.4%)respectively,which indicated that the prevalence of BVD/MD in buffalos in China is increasing at present.
