摘要
金隆铜业公司针对电解行车轨道的轨道压板易松脱、轨道梁上灌浆层多处破损、轨道焊接接头状况不良、接头处振动大等缺陷进行合理分析,确定了合适的治理方案并实施,从而大大提高行车轨道的使用寿命。
Aimed at easy-loosing of rail back plate of electrolysis travelling crane, breakage of grouting course on the beam of railway, bad contact of rail welding coupling, and great vibration at the contact of coupling, Jinlong Copper Co., Ltd. made an reasonable analysis, and determined a reasonable management measure and carried into execution to greatly improve service life of railway of travelling crane.
