摘要
创新驱动是中国坚持走特色自主创新道路的重要战略,也是中国国家高新区实现跨越式发展的内在要求。在创新驱动发展模式下,国家高新区面临着发展战略地位不明晰;自主创新能力不强,产业层次偏低;创新资源整合力和辐射能力不高等问题。文章认为,中国国家高新区要真正实现创新驱动,必须创新发展理念,推动国家高新区发展定位创新;优化制度创新,建立和完善创新驱动的长效机制;推进自主创新型产业集聚区建设,提升国家高新区的产业结构水平。
Innovation-driven adhere to the characteristics of China＇s important strategic road of independent innovation, but also the Chinese National High-tech Zone to achieve leap：frog development of the internal requirements. In innovation-driven development approach, the national high-tech development zone facing strategic position is not clear; independent innovation capability is not strong, the industrial level is low; innovative integration of iesources and radiation capacity not high. Article that China National High-tech Zone to realize innovation- driven, innovative development concept must promote the development of national high- tech zones positioning innovation; optimize system innovation, establish and improve the innovation-driven long-term mechanism; promote independent innovation-oriented industrial agglomeration area construction, upgrading national high-tech Zone level of industrial structure.
