摘要
本文以中原经济区地级市为基本研究单位,运用数据包络分析方法中的Malmquist指数模型,对2001-2010年中原经济区29个地级市的城市物流效率进行了实证分析,结论认为:中原经济区城市物流活动的效率全面改进,全要素生产率的改进来自于技术变化效率、技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率的整体改善,其中,技术变化效率是改进的主要力量,纯技术效率和规模效率需要改善;29个地级市的整体物流效率处于改进状态,但各地区城市物流活动效率分布呈现不均衡局面;城市物流活动规模收益呈现出"北递增,南下降"的空间分布,规模收益递增的城市形成北部磁场,规模收益递减的城市呈现出从南部向东部蔓延扩散的局面,规模收益不变的城市呈零星离散分布。
The paper empirically analyses urban logistics efficiency of 29 prefecture-level cities in Central Plains Eco- nomic Zone from 2001 to 2010 with the method of Malmquist index in DEA. The study shows the efficiency of central China Economic Zone urban logistics activities has overall improved, and the improvement of all factors productivity comes from the overall improvement in the technology change efficiency, technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, among which, technical change efficiency is the main power, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency need to be improved; urban logistics efficiency of 29 prefecture - level cities is in improvement condition, but efficiency distribution presents uneven development; urban logistics activity shows ＂increasing return scale in the north and decreasing return scale in the South＂ in the spatial distribution, the cities of increasing return scale focus on the North, and cities of decreasing return scale show the trend of the spread from the South to the East, and cities of constant return scale show discrete distribution.
