摘要
文章通过对比、分析我国高职院校生源现状与发展变化趋势,剖析生源危机中高职院校首当其冲的原因,提出高职院校应对生源危机的宏、微观措施,即应对生源危机高职院校必须回归本性,确定高职院校为高教体系中的必须类型而非较低层次;根除教育主管部门认识偏见,调整制约高职发展的相关政策;打通高校壁垒,实现不同类型、不同层次高等教育间互融互通;在整合中坚持高职院校的职业教育本质,在竞争中求发展。
By comparing the current and tendency of students＇ sources in vocational colleges, the paper analyzed the reasons why vocational colleges bearded the brunt of the enrollment crisis. It also proposed the countermeasures. That is to return the natural characteristics of vocational colleges, to remove the recognizing prejudice of the education authorities, and to make M1 kinds or levels of colleges to communicate and open up with each other. The vocational colleges should be determined not as a lower lever but as a required type in higher education system. The education authorities should discard the policies which restrict the progress of vocational colleges .The vocational colleges should persist on their vocational characteristics and pursue their progress by competition.
