Y(P,V)O_4∶Eu^(3+)荧光粉的制备及发光特性

摘要 采用水热辅助溶胶-凝胶法在较低温度下合成了Y(P,V)O4∶Eu3+荧光粉。通过综合热分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和光谱分析等手段对试样进行表征.结果表明:对前驱体进行水热处理能使YPO4∶Eu3+和YVO4∶Eu3+更好地固溶,提高了其结晶性能和发光性能.制备的样品呈分散性好的球形颗粒,粒度分布均匀,平均粒径为1μm.对前驱体的水热处理提高了Y(P,V)O4∶Eu3+荧光粉的发光性能. At lower temperature, Y(P,V)O4:Eu3+ phosphor materials were prepared by the hydrothermal assisted sol-gel method. The products were characterized by Thermal Analy- zer,XRD,SEM, EDS, and Fluorescence spectra. The results indicate that the YPO4 : Eu3+ and VVO4 : Eua3 can be better solid solution with the precursors hydro-thermal treatment, which improved the performance of the crystallization properties and luminescence. The sam- ples present good spherical particle dispersedly, particle size distribution was uniform distri- bution, which average particle size is 1/2m. The luminescence performance of Y(P,V)O4:Eu3+ phosphors were improved after hydro-thermal treatment
