摘要
根据实施区域卫生信息化背景下需求大与人才少的突出矛盾,指出目前卫生信息人才培养存在培养目标不明确、课程设置缺乏科学性和前瞻性、信息人员普遍存在和实践结合不足的知识短板、缺乏对高端复合型人才的培养从而难以造就未来卫生信息化实践领域领军人才等主要问题。建议高校结合医药卫生体制改革,调查研究卫生信息化"领军人才"的培养需求,人才培养重点向区域卫生信息化倾斜,优化专业设置和课程体系,探索高端实用性人才培养模式。通过学校、企业、政府或卫生行业单位联合培养提升就业率,协调相关部门为卫生信息化从业人员创造更有利于个人发展的职业通道。
The major problems in training of talents for regional health information were pointed out according to the contradiction between the greater needs and less talents, including its training aim was unclear, the offered courses were not scientific and prospective, onals were short of practical knowledge, and effective measures were not taken for training compound information professionals. Certain suggestion were thus put forwards for colleges and universities to meet the requirement of talents for courses, strenhening the training model of advanced talents, regional health information, by optimizing the offered and imomving the emolovment of graduates .
