摘要
基于行动导向的课程开发,最重要地是完成课程资源的整合。以就业为目标的高职教育,其课程资源要以企业现行相关专业信息为主,以陈述性理论知识为辅,同时探索课程资源的传递方式,让学生在做中学。实现行动导向的课程开发,从职业调研出发,找出企业人力资源管理的岗位群,明确它们所在的行动领域及典型工作任务,从而确定课程的能力目标和知识目标,进行学习领域课程资源开发和课程设计。
The key to action oriented curriculum development is to solve the integration of curriculum resources. In the employment-oriented higher vocational education, the curriculum resources mainly include the enterprise existing information and the declarative knowledge as the supplement. At the same time, the transfer mode of curriculum resources is explored to make students learn the knowledge in doing. To realize action-oriented curriculum development, we should start from the occupation investigation, try to find out the enterprise human resources management posts, and clear the action field and the typical tasks, so as to determine the ability and knowledge goal of the course, and then develop curriculum resources and curriculum design in the learning fields
