依达拉奉对重度一氧化碳中毒脑神经功能改善作用的探讨

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉对重度一氧化碳中毒患者脑神经功能的改善作用。方法选取2010年1月~2013年2月本院收治的重度一氧化碳中毒患者76例为临床研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组与观察组,每组各38例。对照组使用一般临床治疗方法,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上使用依达拉奉治疗,比较两组患者的昏迷时间、迟发性脑病的发生率、治疗效果、不良反应。结果实验组的昏迷时间为(3.77±1.32)h,短于对照组的(6.29±1.04)h(P〈0.05);实验组的总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的65.79%(P〈0.05);实验组迟发性脑病的发生率低于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论对重度一氧化碳中毒患者使用依达拉奉治疗可以有效改善患者的脑神经功能,提高治疗效果,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。 Objective To discuss the improvement role of edaravone cerebral nerve functionin. Methods 76 patients with severe carbon monoxide poisining were selected as clinical subjects from January 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital.They were divided into the control group (n--38) and the obaervatio group (n=38) according to the therapeutic methods.The eomtrol group were treated with the general clinical treatmentmethod,the experimental group were treated with edaravone based on treatment of the control group,the coma time,incidence rate of delayed encephalopathy, treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The coma time of the experimental group was (3.77±1.32) h,and it was shorter than the control group [(6.29±1.04) h] (P〈0.05);the effective rate of the experimental group (89.47%)was higher than that in the control group (65.79%)(P〈0.05);the incidence rate of delayed eneephalopathy was lower than that in the control group (/9〈0.05). Conclusion Treating severe carbon monoxide poisoning with edaravone can effectively improve the cerebral nerve function of patients,it can improve the therapeutic effect,and it is an effective clinical treatment method.
