摘要
通过观察薄液膜下耐候钢的初期腐蚀过程,并分析了模拟工业大气环境中周期浸润试验腐蚀后期的锈层,探讨了耐候钢保护锈层的形成机理。结果表明,腐蚀初期耐候钢和碳钢腐蚀过程存在明显区别,耐候钢为均匀腐蚀和点蚀,碳钢为不均匀腐蚀;腐蚀后期两种试验钢锈层截面形貌明显不同,耐候钢锈层不均匀,存在很多腐蚀坑;碳钢锈层均匀,存在很多裂纹。
By observing the initial corrosion process of weathering steel under thin liquid film and analyzing the rust layers of the experimental steels, the formation mechanism of protective rust layer was discussed. The results show that the corrosion processes were different between weathering steel and carbon steel in the initial corrosion process, the corrosion of weathering steel was uniform corrosion and pitting corrosion, and the corrosion of carbon steel was non-uniform corrosion. The micrographs of the rust layers of the two steels were also different in the later corrosion stage, the rust layer of weathering steel was non-uniform because of many corrosion pits and the rust layer of carbon steel uniform but with many cracks.
