摘要
采用射流试验得到了超级13Cr钢半经验预测模型,结合数值计算进行API油管接箍冲蚀模拟,得出了API油管接箍冲蚀速率分布规律。模拟结果表明,接箍凹槽内壁面冲蚀速率远小于油管内壁;最大冲蚀速率产生于直冲壁面;冲蚀速率随排量增加而增大,排量达到6 m^3/min时冲蚀速率出现极大值点;砂比40%时冲蚀影响最严重。
To predict the erosion of API round thread connection, the semi-empirical equation which getting from jet experiment was employed to make calculation. Then the flow characteristics in the connection of API round thread tube were simulated. It was suggested that the most serious erosion area was the forward-facing step(FWFS). The erosion rate increased with time and the maximum erosion rate occurred in the displacement of 6 m3/min and 40% volume fraction of solid.
