摘要
以注塑中的收缩率和翘曲为目标进行正交试验,运用灰色理论对试验结果进行数据处理,并计算其关联度。通过方差分析获得各因素的最佳水平,从而获得最佳的参数组合。结果认为,将MoldFlow软件与灰色理论结合,可以在产品试模前综合考虑各种因素,节约成本。
Orthogonal experiments were designed to obtain shrinkage and warp of products. Data obtained in experiments were dealt by grey theory. Relational grade was calculated. With variance analysis the optimal levels of factors influencing the value of the objects were found out, then a optimal group of the process parameters were ob- tained. The results show that before mould is tried, the factors can be considered com- prehensively in the method of grey theory combined with Moldflow software. Time and cost of product development decrease greatly.
