摘要
采用透射法得到脂肪酰二乙醇胺的近红外光谱全图,通过OPUS 7.0软件分析了样品的光谱信息与甘油含量之间的关系,建立了脂肪酰二乙醇胺中甘油含量测定的近红外分析模型,从而达到对生产过程产品质量控制的目的。结果表明,所建模型的相关系数(R2)、建模标准误差(RMSEE)和检验校准误差(RMSECV)分别为0.994,0.050 2和0.051 6。用20个盲样对模型进行验证,预测效果较好,模型的精确度也满足要求。
A complete infi'ared spectrogram of fatty acyl diethanol amine was collected with near infrared transmission technology. The relationship between the content of glycerol and the information of the spectrogram was analyzed via the software OPUS 7. O,and lhe near infrared spectrogram analysis model for determinalion of glycerol content in fatty acyl diethanol amine was established. Thereby the objective for quality control of the product was realized. Resuhs showed that Re, RMSEE and RMSECV of the established model is 0. 994, 0. 050 2 and 0. 051 6 respectively. The model was validated against 20 blind samples and the results shows good. The accuracy of the model can meet the requirement.
