摘要
采用正交试验法研究Mg含量及热处理工艺参数(固溶温度、固溶时间)对合金AlSi5Cu1Mg力学性能和断口形貌的影响,并得出最优的实验结果。结果表明:对抗拉强度影响最大的是Mg含量和固溶温度,对硬度影响最大的是固溶时间,镁含量对断后伸长率影响最大。由三变量对抗拉强度、硬度、伸长率的分析结果可知,该合金的最佳参数组合为:Mg含量0.4%。固溶温度525℃,固溶时间4h,时效温度180℃,时效时间7h。
The effects of Mg content and heat treatment process parameters (solution temperature,solution time) on mechanical properties and fracture morphology of A1SiSCulMg alloy were studied by using orthogonal experiment method, and the best effect was obtained. The results show that the biggest influence on tensile strength is Mg content and solution temperature, solution treatment time is the biggest effect factor on the hardness, magnesium content is greatest impact on percentage elongation. Consisted of three variables on tensile strength, hardness and elongation of the analysis results, the best parameter combination for the alloy: Mg content 0.4%, solution temperature 525 ℃, solution time 4 h, aging temperature 180 ℃, aging time 7 h.
