摘要
采用Gleeble热模拟试验机以及光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜研究了20Mn2半挂车轴钢连续冷却条件下的组织及其转变规律,20Mn2钢连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程及转变产物。结果表明在20~30℃/s冷却速度区间获得的组织为粒状贝氏体和板条贝氏体和马氏体,同时包含少量多边形铁素体;确定了生产20Mn2车轴钢的控冷速度范围,为实际生产提供了理论指导。
The microstructure of 20Mn2 steel was researched by optical metallographic microscope and SEM. The continuous transformation behaviors were studied by Gleeble thermal mechanical simulator. The transformation process of austenite and microstmcture of transmutation product were investigated. The cooling rates is 20-30 ℃/s, which can obtain the transformation of bainite and martensite, and less polygonal ferrite are found. The proper range of controlling cooling rates for 20Mn2 is determined, which can provide theoretical basis for productive practice.
