摘要
低水胶比的混凝土在水化过程中会有较大的化学收缩和自干燥,从而导致在硬化过程中产生较高的自收缩变形。混凝土的自收缩变形被限制内部就会产生拉应力,拉应力超过混凝土抗拉强度,最终就会产生裂缝。这些裂缝严重影响混凝土结构的耐久性。为了减少混凝土的化学收缩和自收缩,高吸水树脂作为内养护剂掺加到混凝土中。通过论述国内外高吸水树脂作为混凝土内养护剂的研究进展,对高吸水树脂在混凝土应用的发展前景进行了展望。
Concrete with low w/b-ratio experiences a considerable chemical shrinkage and self-desiccation during its hydration process, leading to a rather high autogenous shrinkage deformation during hardening. In case the free deformation of the concrete is prevented, internal stresses are introduced, which can exceed the tensile strength of the concrete. As a result, cracks can be created. These cracks can severely affect the durability of concrete structure. In order to reduce the chemical shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage of concrete, the super-absorbent polymer as internal curing agent is adding in concrete. The application foreground of super-absorbent polymer as internal curing agent in concrete was prospected through discussing the research progress of super-absorbent polymer as internal curing agent of concrete.
