摘要
为减小永磁真空断路器分合闸时间的分散性,改善其操作时动触头的运动特性,提出了变电压变输出能量(VVVE)优化方法。分析了开环控制时永磁机构的线圈电流特性,给出了电流的拟合方程及电流曲线的优化方法。在保持电容输出能量不变的情况下,通过类似改变储能电容初始电压(VV)的机制实现对断路器合闸时间的粗调。通过改变电容输出能量(VE)以及类似保持电容初始电压不变的机制实现对合闸时间的微调。采用改进型滞环控制的方法,控制线圈电流与参考曲线一致,实现了对断路器动触头运动特性的优化。基于上述方法设计了相应的控制器,在不同的电容初始电压下,对12kV永磁真空断路器进行了合闸实验。实验结果表明,优化后的合闸时间比原开环控制的合闸时间缩短了约4ms,且偏差≤0.3ms;动触头的刚合速度比原额定开环控制时降低了5%。因此,所提出的方法能够使合闸时间保持良好的一致性,加快了断路器的合闸过程,降低了触头碰撞能量,较大地改善了动触头的运动特性。
In order to decrease the dispersion of closing and opening time of permanent magnetic (PM) vacuum circuit breaker (VCB) , and to improve the motional characteristics of the moving contacts, we proposed a method of varying voltage and varying output energy (VVVE), analyzed current characteristics of the PM coil during VCB closing under open-loop control, and presented both the equation of current and the method for optimizing the current. While maintaining the output energy of the capacitor, the closing time could be regulated coarsely through varying the initial voltage (VV). Then with a fixed initial voltage, the closing time could be regulated finely by varying the output energy (VE). Using the improved hysteresis controlling strategy can ensure the current to be strictly consistent with the reference curve, and can improve the motion characteristics of the contacts. A controller based on the new method is also developed. Experiments of closing a 12 kV VCB using the controller are carried out under different initial voltages of capacitors. It is shown that, the optimized closing time is reduced by more than 4 ms than that with the open loop control, and the dispersion of closing time is limited to ± 0.3 ms. The speed of moving contact is reduced by 5% when the moving contact just reaches the closing position. It is concluded that, with the proposed method, the motional features of the contacts are improved greatly, the time for closing VCB and its dispersion are decreased, and the collision energy of the contacts is reduced as well.
