摘要
目的研究帕金森病患者伴有周围神经病变的情况。方法使用神经电生理方法对40例帕金森病患者和40例年龄、性别相当的健康对照组使用量化的周围神经进行评分。结果帕金森病患者伴有周围神经损害的例数明显高于健康对照组;帕金森病组中有周围神经损害的患者胫神经、腓肠神经传导速度比健康对照组患者均有明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者大多伴有周围神经损害。
Objective To study Parkinson＇s disease accompanied with peripheral neuropathy. Methods Quantitative rating of the peripheral nerve were done in 40 cases of Parkinson＇s disease and 40 age matched healthy controls by the neural electro- physiological method. Results Cases of Parkinson＇s disease associated with peripheral nerve damage was significantly more than healthy control group; Tibial and sural nerve conduction velocity were significantly lower in patients with peripheral nerve dam- age than in the healthy control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Parkinson＇s disease is mostly associated with peripheral nerve damage
