摘要
机械手广泛用于各种场所,尤其是在严重危害人体健康的恶劣环境中的应用,极大地提高了工作效率,解放了劳动力。提出一种注塑机专用机械手控制系统,介绍该机械手的机械结构和伺服系统、气动系统,并给出自动运行流程图以及各种警报的处理方式。由各地用户反馈的使用信息可知:该系统运行稳定、性能可靠,大大提高了生产效率。
The manipulator is widely used in a variety of places, especially in harsh environment harming to human health, greatly improving work efficiency, liberating labor. A control system of injection molding manipulator was introduced. Its mechanical construction, servo system and pneumatic system were designed, a running automatic flow chat and alarm stacking method were given. This system has a stable and reliable performance, which can improve production efficiency.
