“微信”在儿科护理临床带教中的运用 被引量:32

摘要 目的:探讨将现代通讯手段微信引入儿科带教的可行性及其效果,以改进教学方法,提高带教质量.方法:将2011~2012年入我科实习的护生120名,根据入科序号的单双号随机分成微信组和对照组各60名.微信组在传统带教方法的基础上,加用了微信,以微信为平台,通过把儿科实习期间需重点掌握的基本理论、基础知识和专科技能,以微信形式发给学生,进行预习、复习;对照组为传统方法带教,无微信刺激.比较两组护生出科专科理论和专科技能考试成绩.结果:微信组护生出科专科理论和专科技能考试成绩和合格率均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:我科借助现代通讯工具,以微信为平台,能及时给护生提供自学资料,激发了他们的学习积极性,也有效地提高了他们的自学能力,增强了自信心,是一种行之有效的好的学习方法,从而提高了我科的带教质量,值得各科推广应用. Objective:To investigate the feasibility and effect of modern means of communication wechat into the pediatric teaching,to improve teaching methods,improve teaching quality.Methods:From 2011 to 2012 in our department 120 internship nursing students,according to the department of the serial number of the double,they were randomly divided into micro message group and control group,each group of 60 people.wechat group based in the traditional teaching methods,combined with the micro message,to micro message as a platform,the required period basic theory,key grasp the basic knowledge and professional skills in pediatric practice,wechat to students,preview,review.The control group for the traditional method of teaching,no micro message stimulation.Results:The wechat group of professional theory and professional skills test scores and the qualified rate was better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Our department with the aid of the modern communication tools,in the wechat as a platform,to provide timely nursing students self-study materials,stimulate their enthusiasm for learning,but also improve their self-study ability,self-confidence,is an effective way of learning,and improve the teaching quality from me Department of subjects,worthy of reference.
