摘要
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的改变,高脂高蛋白饮食越来越多,膳食纤维的摄入量相对减少,从而增加了人类健康的风险性。目前,膳食纤维已经被列为能改善人体营养状况,调节机体功能的第七大营养素[1]。
In recent years, with the rising of living standand and the change of diet structure of people, the intake of dietary fiber is reduced, which increases the risk for human health. At present, dietary fiber has been labelled the seven nutrients that could improve human nutrition and regulate the function of bodyhi.
