不同茬次桂牧一号营养成分对尿素和碳铵的响应 被引量:4

Response of nutritional components in Guimu No.1 hybrid with different cuttings to urea and ammonium bicarbonate

摘要 本研究探讨了尿素和碳铵两种肥料在炎热季节对桂牧一号杂交象草(Guimu-1Hybrid Pennisetum urpureum)(生育期为6月5日-7月15日、7月16日-8月24日和8月25日-10月3日,共3茬草)各养分影响的变化规律。采用随机试验设计,对桂牧一号杂交象草实施3种施肥方案,分别为尿素组、碳铵组和对照组(不施肥)。结果表明,1)3个处理桂牧一号6-10月粗蛋白、可溶性糖和酸性洗涤纤维含量呈现单峰(凸峰)曲线,最高值均出现在气温最高的第2茬草(7月16日-8月24日)。2)同一时期,增施氮肥(尿素组和碳铵组)可显著提高桂牧一号粗蛋白、氨基酸和可溶性糖含量,降低中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量(P<0.05)。第1茬草(6月5日-7月15日)碳铵组粗蛋白含量最高,而7月16日-8月24日和8月25日-10月3日这两茬草,尿素组粗蛋白含量最高,3茬草氨基酸含量均以碳铵组最高;可溶性糖含量均以尿素组最高。3)同一处理,桂牧一号各营养物质总产量均以第1茬草最高;而6-10月干物质、粗蛋白、氨基酸、可溶性糖、酸性洗涤纤维的总产量为碳铵组>尿素组>对照组。因此,红壤土炎热季节给桂牧一号追施碳铵效果优于施尿素。 Taking red soil in Hengyang, Hunan province as research object, response of nutritional components in Guimu No. 1 hybrid(Guimu No. 1 Pennisetum urpureum) to urea and ammonium bicarbonate during hot seasons was discussed in this study. There were 3 cuttings and all in growth period of Guimu No. 1 hybrid, including June 5th--July 15th, July 16th--Augast 24th and August 25th--October 3rd. Set three fertilization treatments on Guimu No. 1 hybrid, includirg urea group, ammonium bicarbonate group and control group(no fertilizer), and the experiment was randomized designed. The results showed that: 1) Crude protein, soluble sugar and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents of three groups presented uni- modal curves during the period of June--October, and maximum values of these three items were all observed in the period with the highest temperature(July 16th-August 24th); 2) In the same period, applying nitrogen fertilizers(urea group and ammonium bicarbonate group) could significantly enhance the crude protein, amino acid and soluble sugar contents(P〈0. 05), while decrease neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents of Guimu No. 1. The highest crud protein contents were observed in ammonium bicarbonate group for the cutting of June 5th-July 15th, and in urea group for the cuttings of July 16th--August 24thand August 25th--October 3rd. For 3 cuttings, ammonium group had the highest amino acid content and urea group had the highest soluble sugar content; 3) For the same treatment, cuttings of July 16th-August 24th had the highest nutrient yield. Dry matter, crude protein, amino acid, soluble sugar, acid detergent fiber yield were ammonium bicarbonate〉 urea〉control during the period of June--October. Therefore, applying ammonium carbonate is better than applying urea to Guimu No. 1 hybrid in red soil during hot seasons.
