The Theory of the Collaborative Innovation of Applied Talents Training Mode in Local Colleges

摘要 协同创新是推进地方高校内涵式发展的战略选择。协同创新的基本涵义奠基于协同学理论土壤,涵盖了主体与客体之间的协作以及在此过程中获得的新知识和新方法。当它延展至高等教育领域,则表现为基于多元主体协同互动的创新人才培养模式。协同创新模式是科学发展观在教育领域的具体体现,也是建设创新型国家、实现科学发展的必由之路。地方高校应用型人才培养的内部协同创新系统构建主要在于培养方案和课程体系的顶层设计,创新教师团队互补协同、师生互动协同、教学模式多元协同的高效课堂;外部协同创新系统的塑造则需要完善"校企合作"、"校研协作"、"校校联盟"等产学研合作机制。 Collaborative innovation is a strategic choice for the local colleges to promote the connotation development. Based on the synergetic theory, collaborative innovation covered the collaboration between subject and object, gained new knowledge and new methods in the process. When it is extended to the field of higher education, it showed as the inno- vative talent training mode based on the multiple subject collaborative interaction. The construction of internal co]labora- tive innovation system for local colleges' applied talents training consisted mainly in the top-level design of the applied talents training plan and course system, and efficient classroom through complementary cooperative of the teachers' team, interaction between teachers with students, multiple cooperative of teaching mode. Production-study-research cooperation mechanism such as "School-Enterprise cooperation", "University-Research Institute collaboration", "School-School Al- liance" should be perfected when external collaborative innovation system is shaped. Collaborative innovation is the concrete embodiment of the scientific outlook on development in the field of education. It is the only way for building an innovative country and for the development of science.
