摘要 基于ZigBee技术,采用HMI与PLC交互平台的模糊PID闭环控制系统,研制了一种可以自动实现精确控制灌溉水量和恒定管网压力的滴灌自动控制系统..该系统经甘肃农业大学葡萄园试用,运行稳定且操作方便.与常规滴灌相比,该灌溉系统可节水20%以上,节省劳动力90%以上.该系统集合精准灌溉、数据共享、恒压控制3种功能,可为规模种植区自动控制灌溉提供技术支持. For achieving accurate irrigation automation water supply and constant pressure, an automatic control drip irrigation system based ZigBee technology is presented, and fuzzy PID close-loop control technology is employed to make sure of constant pressure water supply based on interactive platform with HMI and PLC. Application results indicate that this system has good performance. It had been running in the vineyard with friendly interface and simple ~o operate. It improves the efficiency of water saving more than 20% and save labor more than 90% compared with conventional drip irrigation. This study provides technical support for scaled crop planting areas by uniting precision irrigation, data sharing and constant ssure control.
