摘要
目的:采用薄层色谱法建立森登-9汤的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对森登-9汤中的黄柏、苦参、栀子进行鉴别。结果:TCL鉴别方法分离良好、斑点清晰。结论:本法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可作为森登-9汤质量控制方法。
Objective：Thin layer chromatography （TLC） was adopted to construct Sendeng- 9 Decoction quality control method. Methods：By thin layer chromatography, respectively against Sendeng -9 Decoction are scattered in cortex phellodendri, sophora, gardenia and semen cassiae were identified. Results： TCL differential method separation, the spots were clear. Conclusion： This method is simple, accurate, good durability, can be used asa Sendeng -9 Decoction quality control method.
