摘要
目的:采用薄层色谱法建立森登-9汤的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别对森登-9汤中的黄柏、苦参、栀子进行鉴别。结果:TCL鉴别方法分离良好、斑点清晰。结论:本法简便快速、结果准确、重现性好,可作为森登-9汤质量控制方法。
Objective:Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was adopted to construct Sendeng- 9 Decoction quality control method. Methods:By thin layer chromatography, respectively against Sendeng -9 Decoction are scattered in cortex phellodendri, sophora, gardenia and semen cassiae were identified. Results: TCL differential method separation, the spots were clear. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, good durability, can be used asa Sendeng -9 Decoction quality control method.
