苏25-2-2H井钻井工程设计优化与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步提高苏里格地区水平井钻井速度、加大后期储层改造力度,对苏25-2-2H井进行了钻井工程设计优化。首先根据该井钻遇地层的特点及开发要求,将井身结构优化为二开井身结构,并利用Compass软件的Plan Editor模块将剖面优化为"直—增—调整(稳—增)"剖面类型;其次优化了适合直井段、斜井段和水平段的钻具组合;再次利用Wellplan软件校核了钻具和套管的强度,其强度符合现场施工需求;最后根据岩层性质、地层压力剖面等优选出了适合该井钻遇地层特点的PDC钻头及具有良好抑制性能及流变性能的KCl钻井液。苏25-2-2H井现场实钻结果表明,将井身结构优化为二开井身结构,并对其工程设计进行优化后,机械钻速较邻井提高了24.61%,钻井周期较邻井缩短了30.79%。苏25-2-2H井的成功实施为今后该地区的完井方式、后期的增产改造提供了更多的选择。 To increase the rate of penetration in drilling horizontal wells and prepare for later reinforced reservoir stimulation in Sulige Area, drilling engineering design of Well Su 25-2-2H was optimized Firstly, according to the formation characteristics to be drilled and the development requirements, the well profile was optimized into a two-section in "vertical-buildup-adjustment" type by using the Plan Editor Module of Compass. Secondly, BHA (bottom hole assembly)for vertical section, inclined section and horizontal section were optimized. Thirdly, to meet the requirement of site operation, the strength of drilling string and casing was verified by using the Module of Wellplan. Finally,the KCl drilling fluids, with good inhibition and rheological property and the PDC drilling bit were optimized to match the rock features and formation pressure. Field application showed that drilling rate increased by 24. 61%, and the drilling cycle time reduced by 30. 79 % after optimization of well profile. The successful drilling of Well Su 25-2-2H has provided more options in completion and stimulation modes.
