摘要
从河豚鱼内脏分离得到的一种具有凝集红细胞生物功能的活性物质。但不同部位提取的活性物质凝集活性不同 ,在测试的红细胞中 ,从肝脏提取的活性物质没有明显的血型专一性 ,而从卵巢提取的活性物质具有血型专一性。它们都对龟的红细胞不凝集。在PHA的协同作用下 ,活性物质对红细胞的凝集活性有明显的变化 ,在一定浓度范围内凝集活性增强 ,而浓度太低反而抑制PHA的凝集活性 ,此外 ,还对荷瘤小鼠的红细胞、脾细胞、胸腺细胞。
Extracts from fugu entrails had the biological function of agglutinating cells. But the abstracts from different organs differed in agglutinating ability. The extracts from fugu liver didn't have obvious blood type specificity, while that from ovary did. Both of them had no effect on RBC of tortoise. With the synergism of PHA, the agglutination of RBC increased within a certain concntration of abstracts, while decreased at the too less concentration of abstracts. Moreover the agglutination activity was determined for the cells of red blood, spleen, thymus and S 180 tumour of the tumour mice.
