摘要
利用培养皿夹层培养分离出一株产生物硫铁复合材料(生物硫铁)的硫酸盐还原菌S-1-7,该菌株可以利用酒精废水作为培养基生成生物硫铁复合材料。考察了投加量、pH值、温度、振荡强度对生物硫铁处理含铜废水的影响。采用生物硫铁处理含铜废水,结果表明菌株S-1-7利用玉米酒精废水生成的生物硫铁能快速处理含铜废水,在pH 4.0,25℃,4 min去除率达99.8%以上。
A strain of sulfate reducing bacteria named S-1-7, which could generate the biological iron sulfide composites, was isolated by using sandwich cultivation of repeat sandwichpetri dishes. S-1-7 could take advantage of the wine wastewater as carbon sources to form composites. Effect of dosage, pH, temperature and oscillation strength on the removal efficiency of Cu2+ by the strain was studied. Results showed that at 35 ℃ ,pH 4.0, stirring speed of 150rmp, removal rate of Cu2+ could be above 99.8% within 4 min.
