摘要
采用添加晶种控制结晶沉淀的方法来制备碳酸锰,考察了温度、碳酸氢铵浓度、晶种用量以及反应物滴加时间等条件对产物碳酸锰振实密度的影响规律。结果表明,当反应温度为30℃,晶种加入量为20%,碳酸氢铵浓度为2 mol/L,反应物滴加时间为4.5 h时,制备出振实密度可达2.3 g/cm3、纯度高的重质碳酸锰,且实验的重复性好。
Manganese carbonate was prepared by controlled crystallization method with seeding material. The effect of reaction temperature, ammonium bicarbonate concentration, crystal seeds and the dropping time of reactants on the tap density of manganese carbonate was investigated. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 30℃, seed crystal consumption is 20%, the concentration of ammonium bicarbonate is 2 mol/L,the dropping time of reactants is 4.5 h ,the tap density of man- ganese carbonate prepared under these conditions reaches 2.3 g/cm3. The manganese carbonate has a high purity and the preparation method has good reproducibility.
