摘要
在模拟电路故障诊断的诸多方法中,模拟电路统一软故障诊断方法成为新的研究热点。从模拟电路统一软故障诊断方法的提出,到模拟电路统一软故障诊断方法的改进,将其与基于多种方法融合的模拟电路软故障诊断方法做了比较。最后重点分析了模拟电路统一软故障诊断的研究现状和存在的不足,基于实用化的角度,从统一的模拟电路故障诊断的功能模块划分原则和方法、通用的模拟电路故障可诊断性分析方法、通用的模拟电路模块化分级诊断软故障诊断方法、统一的诊断效果评估指标4个方面指出了模拟电路统一软故障诊断的发展趋势。
Among the methods of fault diagnosis of analog circuit, the unified soft fault diagnosis method has become a new hotspot. Firstly, this paper introduces the provenance of unified soft fault diagnosis method of analog circuit, and the improved measures of the proposed unified soft fault diagnosis method are analyzed. Then, the soft fault diagnosis methods based on the fusion of some different methods are compared with the unified method. Finally, the research status and the existing problems of the unified soft fault diagnosis method are analyzed particularly. Based on the practical perspective, we point out the research direction of the unified soft fault diagnosis according to four different aspects ： the principle and method of function module division of the unified soft fault diagnosis, the universal fault detectable analysis method of diagnostic analog circuit, the universal strategy of module classification diagnosing for analog soft fault, the unified diagnostic evaluation index, and finally discuss the issues remain to be resolved.
