N-氨甲酰谷氨酸对哺乳仔猪生长及内源精氨酸合成代谢的影响 被引量:16

Effects of N-carbamoylglutamate on Growth Performance and the Endogenous Anabolism of Arginine of Suckling Piglets

摘要 本试验旨在研究灌服N-氨甲酰谷氨酸(NCG)对7~21日龄哺乳仔猪生长及内源精氨酸合成代谢的影响。试验选取6窝体重相近((2.036±0.181)kg)、母猪胎次相同的4日龄“杜X(长×大)”三元杂交哺乳仔猪30头。每窝挑选5头,随机分在5个组中(每组6头)。每天每千克体重分别灌服0、100、150、200和250mgNCG。结果:①与对照组相比,灌服100和150mg·kg-1 NCG显著提高了仔猪平均日增重(P〈O.05)。②灌服NCG显著提高了哺乳仔猪血清中精氨酸含量(P〈O.05),灌服150mg·kg-1 NCG组仔猪血清瓜氨酸含量显著高于其他各组(P〈0.05)。③灌服100、150和200mg·kg-1 NCG显著提高了仔猪十二指肠CPS-I的活性(P〈0.05)。④灌服150mg·kg-1 NCG组十二指肠CPS-I表达量显著升高(P〈0.05);100和150mg·kg-1组仔猪空肠和回肠中CPS-I表达量显著升高(P〈0.05)。结果表明,NCG可以促进哺乳仔猪生长发育及内源精氨酸的合成。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of oral administration of N car- bamoylglutamate on growth performance and the endogenous anabolism of arginine of suckling piglets from 7 to 21 days of age. The "Duroc X (Landrace)〈 Yorkshire)" crossbred suckling piglets (n=30, 4-day-old) from 6 litters(same parity, 5 suckling piglets per litter) with similar weight((2. 036 + 0. 181) kg) were randomly allocated to five treatments (six replicates each), which were orally administrated at the dose of 0,100,150,200 and 250 mg kg-lBW d-1 NCG, respectivly. Result: (1)Oral administration of 100 and 150 mg kg-1 BW NCG significantly in creased the average daily gain of suckling piglets compared with the control piglets (P〈0.05).(2) Oral administration of 150 mg kg-1BW NCG significantly increased the plasma citrulline content of suckling piglets compared with the other suckling piglets (P〈0.05). (3)Oral administration of 100,150 and 200 mg kg-1 BW NCG significantly increased the activity of carhamoyl phosphate synthase-I in duodenal of suckling piglets (P〈0.05). (4)Oral administration of 150 mg kg-1 BW NCG significantly increased the gene expression of carbamoyl phosphate synthase-I in duode-nal (P〈0.05) ; 100 and 150 mg kg-1 BW NCG significantly improved the gene expression of carbamoyl phosphate synthase-I(P〈0.05) in jejunum and ileum. These results indicated that N- carbamoylglutamate could improve the growth performance and the endogenous anabolism of ar- ginine of suckling piglets.
