摘要
介绍了原子荧光光谱法测定富硒小米中硒含量的不确定度评定方法,结合各不确定分量结果,分析了测定方法中不确定的主要来源,提出了获得更为准确的测定结果的关键,为保证测定结果的科学性和完整性提供科学依据。
The uncertainty evaluation method was introduced in determination of selenium in selenium-rich millet with atomic fluorescence spectrometry.By combining each uncertainty component results,the main source of uncertainty in determination method was analysed,and the key to obtain more accurate measurement results was presented.It can provide scientific basis for scientific and integrity determination results.
