聚四氟乙烯膜经低温等离子体辐照,在其表面生成了过氧自由基。用ESR和自旋捕捉方法研究表明,过氧自由基分布在聚四氟乙烯表层的一定深度内,当两个过氧自由基互相接触时可以发生反应,生成端接过氧自由基。在烯类单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯存在时,过氧自由基可作为活性点,引发烯类单体在聚四氟乙烯表面上发生接枝共聚合。 等离子体,聚四氟乙烯,过氧自由基。
The PTFE films irradiated by Ar plasma were studied by using themethod of ESR spectrometer. The peroxide free radicals were found on the surface ofPTFE after plasma irradiation, which existed in the layer of some thickness of thesurface. These free radicals were quite stable at room temperature. But when densityof peroxide free radicals on the PTFE surface was big enough, terminational reactionbetween the peroxide free radicals cound happen and endoperoxides were formed onthe PTFE surface. Also the density of peroxide free radical decreased with increasingtemperature and underwent a sudden change with temperature reaching 399 K-theglass transition temperature of PTFE. The peroxide free radicals can be caught byfree radical catcher PBN to form a stable free radical, also can react with MMA toform grafting layer. Plasma, PTFE, Peroxid free radical, ESR
