摘要
为了测试厌氧发酵液中挥发性脂肪酸的含量,配制了不同质量浓度的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸标准溶液,利用毛细管柱,建立了相应的气相色谱程序升温测定方法.结果表明,利用该分析方法得到3种酸的出峰时间分别为20.395,22.217,23.921 min,3种挥发性脂肪酸能够很好地分离.根据标准溶液绘制的3种酸的回归曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999.验证性试验得到乙酸、丙酸、丁酸的回收率分别为96.72%,97.20%,97.13%,说明在试验条件下,气相色谱法能准确地测量3种酸在厌氧发酵液中的含量.
In order to analysis the contents of VFAs in the anaerobic fermentation liquid, different concentrations of acetic acid, propionie acid, butyric acid were prepared. The programmed temperature method using capillary column to determine the contents of VFAs on gas chromatograph （GC） was set up. The results were shown that the peak time of three VFAs is 20. 395,22. 217 and 3. 921min respectively, which can be divided by GC well. The correlation coefficient of the regression curve of the standard solutions are all larger than 0. 999, and the recovery of confirmatory experiments of three VFAs are 96.72% ,97.20% ,97.13% respectively, which shows that the three VFAs in the anaerobic fermentation liquid can be determined aceuratly by the GC method of this study.
