摘要
目的：探讨Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌腹腔镜下全面分期手术的应用效果.方法：对56例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌磁共振与术后病理证实肌层浸润的吻合度、磁共振判断腹膜后淋巴结转移的正确率、临床分期与手术-病理分期的吻合度进行分析.结果：Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌磁共振与术后病理证实肌层浸润的吻合度为91.07％;磁共振判断腹膜后淋巴结转移正确率为92.86％；临床分期与手术-病理分期的吻合度为94.64％.结论：磁共振在Ⅰ～Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌术前评估上有较高应用价值,全面分期 手术后明确手术-病理分期为后续规范治疗提供准确依据.
Objective： To analyze the application of laparoscopic comprehensive staging operation to stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial cancer. Methods： Data of 56 patients performed laparoscopic comprehensive staging operation in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial cancer were studied. All patients had been preoperatively evaluated with MRI, and then the results of myometrium invasion, retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis, clinical staging and comprehensive staging operation were compared with the pathology staging. Results： The results of 91.07% myometrium invasion were the same comparing MRI and pathology the accurate rate of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis was 92.86% and the coincide degree of clinical staging operation and pathological staging was 94.64%. Conclusion： In this study, preoperative MRI has a higher application value in treating endometrial cancer. After comprehensive staging operation, to make sure of the staging of operation and pathology will provide accurate basis for the subsequent standard treatment.
