摘要
对电子文件管理实施监督与控制既是文件管理生命周期当中的重要环节,也是改进管理绩效的重要手段。本文首先阐释了电子文件管理监控提出的管理背景和专业背景;其次从监控内容、监控主体、监控方式三方面对电子文件管理监控进行概述;最后介绍并分析了国外政府电子文件管理监控的实践进展与主要经验。
Monitoring is one of vital activities in the lifecycle of electronic records management （ERM） and also an important measure to improve ERM performance. The article introduced both the management and professional backgrounds for monitoring ERM; analyzed the fundamentals, including the contents, bodies and methods of monitoring; and finally looked at the best practices and experiences of ERM monitoring in some foreign countries
