摘要
网络环境下信息资源的数字化与海量化使得现代图书馆的科研工作体系发生变革，信息技术成为主要推动力，单一的数据经过分析、组织所形成的知识产品成为图书馆更重要的服务内容。在这种信息环境下，当代图书馆需要密切追踪最新的技术发展趋势，加强科研工作，创新服务模式，提升服务能力，开辟新的用户群体和用户需求，创造新价值。本文结合工程技术领域资源和用户需求的特征，充分考虑公益服务宗旨和科技信息资源国家保障的责任，确立了以资源分析与信息构建、信息组织与知识链接、数字图书馆服务与用户研究为科研工作的三个重点方向。
With the digitalization and large quantity of information resources, libraries must change their scientific research system m the network environment. Information technology has become the main driving force, and knowledge service products are much more important. In this environment, libraries must trace the recent technology trend, strengthen the scientific research work, innovation service pattern and create new value. This paper combines the features of resources and users＇ demands, and take public service tenet in consideration. This paper also established three key directions of scientific research
