摘要
以关中地区为例 ,提出供水工程的优化组合方案 .以现状用水水平下不同水平年的需水量为需水零方案 ,对关中地区规划供水工程进行排列组合 ,得到包括节水在内的 13种备选方案 ,通过对各供水组合方案的缺水率、总投资、单方水投资、供水弹性系数以及综合效益进行分析 ,提出在2 0 2 0年缺水率小于 10 %、单方水投资和总投资相对较小的供水工程配置方案 .
The average investment and benefits of water supply works vary from place to place. In this paper optimal combined schemes of water supply works are proposed taking Guanzhong region as an example.The future water demand,according to the present water consumption level is calculated to be zero.13 combined schemes of water supply works including water saving works have been analysed.In consideration of the rate of water shortage, total investment, average investment,elasticity modulus of water supply and complex benefit,a combined scheme with a rate of water shortage lower than 10% and relative small total investment and small average investment is proposed for 2020.
