摘要
目的:观察正畸力作用前后正畸牙龈沟液中血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的变化,探讨正畸力对牙周组织改建的影响。方法:选择24例需拔除4颗第一双尖牙矫治的青少年患者,牙列排齐整平后,用弹性橡皮链150g正畸力拉尖牙向远中,上颌左侧尖牙为实验组,右侧上颌尖牙为对照组,不加力。分别在加力前,加力后1、3、7、14、28d收集实验牙和对照牙远中临面处的龈沟液,ELISA法检测龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量。结果:实验组尖牙龈沟液中PDGF、IL-1β的含量在加力后均升高,IL-1β含量3d时达高峰、PDGF含量7d时达高峰,28d恢复至加力前水平。对照组龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量维持在基线水平。结论:正畸牙受力后龈沟液中PDGF和IL-1β的含量发生动态规律性变化,说明二者参与了正畸牙移动牙周组织的改建。
Objective: To investigate the effects of orthodontic force on remodeling of periodontal tissue by observing the changes of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) content in gingival crevicular fluid (GCT) of orthodontic tooth before and after action of orthodontic force.Methods:24 teenagers that need to extract 4 first premolars were selected in this study. Straight wire was applied on the teeth and aligned the teeth. The distal force of 150g was exerted to the canine on the left side, the fight side canine was taken as control that no force. ELISA was used to detect the PDGF and IL- 1 β content in GCF from the distal position of experimental canine and control canine before action of force and 1 d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 28d after action of force. Results:The PDGF and IL-1β content in GCT of experimental canine all increaseck The IL- 1β content reached peak at 3d, PDGF reached peak at 7d; they all retumed to level before action of force at 28d. While the PDGF and IL-1β content in GCF of control canine remained at the base level during the study.Conclusions: Orthodontic force can cause regular dynamic changes of PDGF and IL-1β content in GCF of orthodontic tooth, which indicate that PDGF and IL- 1β play an important role in remodeling of periodontal tissue of orthodontic tooth.
