摘要
高血压病是临床常见的心血管疾病之一,其病因病机复杂,五脏六腑病变、七情内伤等变化均可导致血压升高。近年来随着中医药研究的逐渐深入,中医药在治疗高血压方面具有较大的优势,并取得了明显效果。高血压病主要病变脏腑为肝、脾、肾等,致病因素主要为风、火、痰、瘀、虚,根据其病因病机特点采用从脏腑、致病因素论治可取得较好效果,本文主要介绍高血压病的中医药论治概况。
Hypertension is one of the common clinical cardiovascular disease,as the complexity of etiology and pathogenesis,visceral lesions,excess of seven emotions etc can trigger a increase in blood pressure.In the treatment of hypertension,Chinese medicine has its substantial advantage.Through to the recent research deeply of Chinese medicine,it is found that Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension has the remarkable effect.The main pathogenic organs of hypertension are liver,spleen and kidney etc.The main pathogenic factor are wind,fire,phlegm,stasis and asthenia.According to the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis,from viscera and pathogenic factor treating hypertension.
