摘要
目的 观察侵袭性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗的疗效.方法 选择2011年3月～2013年2月来我院就诊的侵袭性牙周炎患者50例,22例局限型,28例广泛型,对所有患者采取牙周基础治疗.治疗前后检测患者出血指数、牙齿松动度、临床附着丧失和牙周探诊深度等指标.结果 治疗前患者出血指数（2.79±0.93）,菌斑指数（1.96±0.98）,临床附着丧失（3.24±1.86）,牙周探诊深度（3.49±1.93）,治疗后患者出血指数（0.81±0.53）,菌斑指数（0.82±0.53）,临床附着丧失（1.99±0.73）,牙周探诊深度（2.26±1.06）,治疗前后各指标比较,差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.结论 牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎患者的临床效果比较满意,炎症控制比较好.
Objective To analyze the curative effect of invasive periodontal basic treatment on periodontitis patients.Methods 50 patients with aggressive periodontitis including 22 cases with localization type and 28 cases with extensive type were studied.The patients were treated with basic therapy.The bleeding index,tooth mobility,adhesion and peri-tooth depth were observed before and after treatment.Results After periodontal basic treatment,patients with relevant clinical indicators improved significantly,the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Periodontal basic treatment of aggressive periodontitis in patients with clinical effect is satisfactory.
