摘要
目的观察多乐氟治疗牙齿正畸后白斑的效果。方法将正畸后牙釉质有白垩色病损的病例随机分成两组,干预组(牙面经打磨处理,立即使用多乐氟)20例,对照组(要求患者认真刷牙)20例,12周后对比两组的恢复情况。结果两组患者初诊时牙面上釉白斑情况无显著性差异,治疗1个月后,两组的釉白斑减轻无差异。治疗2个月后,两组的釉白斑减轻开始有明显差异。治疗3个月后,两组的釉白斑减轻情况有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用多乐氟治疗牙齿正畸白斑,使脱矿的牙釉质得到了明显的恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of duraphat to treat orthodontic-induced chalk plaque.Methods The patients with orthodontic-induced chalk plaque were divided into two groups.The intervention group （the duraphat was used immediately after grinding the tooth surface） included 20 patients and contral group （the patient were asked to brush tooth carefully）.The recovery of patients was observed.Results The chalk plaque was no significant difference in the beginning.1 month after treatment,the reduction of chalk plaque shown no significant difference,but 2 months after treatment,the difference began to show obvious difference and the difference were statistically significant.Conclusion The orthodontic-induced chalk plaque is obviously recovered by duraght.
