树突状细胞在抗白色念珠菌感染中的作用

摘要 目的探讨树突状细胞(DCs)受白色念珠菌(CD)抗原冲击后对IL-12分泌的影响。方法采用C57BL/6小鼠骨髓制备DCs。收集口腔念珠菌感染患者的CD进行培养、分离、纯化和鉴定后接种于制备好的DCs中,分2组(DCs+CD组和DCs组)进行实验,采用ELISA方法检测2组IL-12的浓度。结果 DCs组的DCs有少量IL-12分泌,随着时间的推移,有缓慢增多的趋势。培养到4 h时,2组IL-12浓度比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.42,P>0.05)。培养12、24 h时,DCs+CD组分泌的IL-12浓度分别为(150.12±56.38)和(1 236.24±125.33)ng·L-1,显著高于DCs组的(93.65±29.18)和(347.56±76.54)ng·L-1(t=3.978、t=32.837,均P<0.05)。结论 DCs受CD刺激后能趋于成熟,分泌IL-12增多,并可能参与调节免疫应答。
