组织冗余与绩效关系的国内外研究综述 被引量:3

摘要 组织冗余在国内外各企事业单位都或多或少地存在。由于冗余存在的这种不可避免性,组织冗余与绩效的关系研究对于个体和组织绩效都具有十分重要的影响。本文介绍了当今组织冗余与绩效关系的国内外研究现状以及研究意义,并对相关研究进行了梳理和总结,针对研究中的不足,提出需进一步研究的方向。
