摘要
文章运用一线参考咨询服务工作中掌握的第一手数据资料,理论联系实际,对业务数据进行比较分析,从国家图书馆面向公众的个性化参考咨询服务的角度,探讨降低收费对其业务量、业务结构等的影响,进而提出几点建议。
The writer compares and analyses the first-hand data which are acquired from the front- according to linking theory with practice, and it investigates the change of service mode and the effect of service caused by the reduction of charge and rank.
