摘要
目的：探讨优质护理服务在肺癌同步放化疗中的应用效果。方法：选择2008年1月～2009年12月实施常规整体护理模式的91例肺癌患者作为对照组；2010年1月～2012年12月实施优质护理服务的134例肺癌患者作为观察组。观察两组患者健康教育知晓率、护理工作满意度、胃肠道反应发生情况、非计划性治疗间断或剂量调整发生率。结果：观察组患者健康教育知晓率、满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），非计划性治疗间断或剂量调整发生率、便秘发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：实施优质护理服务，能够提高患者健康教育知晓率和护理工作满意度，降低患者便秘和非计划性治疗间断或剂量调整的发生率，减轻相关症状，提高患者舒适度和生活质量。
Objective .To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service to lung cancer patients with synchronous radioehe-motherapy. Methods ：91 lung cancer patients who received holistic nursing care （ from January 2008 to December 2009） were taken as the control group; other 134 lung cancer patients who received high quality nursing service （ from January 2010 to December 2012 ） were taken as the observation group. The patient＇s awareness rate of health education,patient satisfaction with nursing care,gastrointestinal reactions, occurrence of unplanned treatment interruption or adjustment of dosage were observed in the two groups. Results ：The patient＇s awareness rate of health education and the degree of patient satisfaction with nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the occurrence of unplanned treatment interruption or adjustment of dosage and the incidence of constipation was significantly less and lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The implementation of high quality nursing service can increase the patient＇s awareness rate of health education and the degree of patient satisfaction with nursing care,reduce the occurrence of unplanned treatment interruption or adjustment of dosage and the incidence of constipation,thereby patient＇s comfort and quality of life will be improved.
