摘要
在我国生鲜农产品物流现状的基础上,分析了我国生鲜农产品物流模式。根据我国现实情况,指出现阶段我国生鲜农产品冷链物流发展的关键问题。从冷链流通标准化建设考虑,应从提高生鲜农产品经营主体组织程度、应用先进的冷链物流技术、建立冷链物流信息系统、培养物流专业人才、健全冷链物流标准体系的角度出发,提出促进我国生鲜农产品冷链物流标准化建设的若干建议。
On the basis of fresh agricultural products logistics status in China, the logistics mode was analyzed. According to the real situation, the key problems in current development of fresh agricultural products cool logistics were pointed out. From the angle of standardization construc- tion of cool logistics, several suggestions for promoting standardization construction of fresh agriculture foods cool logistics in China were put for- ward from aspects of improving the organization level of operation bodies, applying advanced cool logistics technique, establishing cool logistics information system, training professional talents, perfecting cool logistics standard system.
