摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对保温瓶内胆底拉深过程进行了数值模拟,分析了可能发生的缺陷,讨论了压边力对成形质量的影响。结果表明,应力及厚度最大值出现在凹模圆角部位上。板料凸缘增厚量最大,凸模圆角板料减薄量最大;压边力越大,板料变形厚度均匀性越小,拉深件质量越差。
The deep drawing of inner tank bottom of the vacuum flask was numerically simulated by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA and the potential defects were analyzed.The influence of the blank holder force on forming quality was discussed.The results show that the maximal values of stress and thickness appear in the round corners of the die.The increased thickness of sheet flange is maximal,and thinning of the round corners of the punch is maximal.The larger the blank holder force is,the less the homogeneity of thickness is and the lower the deep drawing quality is.
