摘要
提出了一种轴承套圈加工用弹性浮动支承,对其结构及原理进行了分析。对比试验表明,弹性浮动支承的缓冲作用能防止加工过程中套圈的变形,可有效提高产品精度。
An elastic floating support is proposed for grinding of bearing rings,and the structure and principle are analyzed.The comparison test shows that the buffing action of elastic floating support is able to avoid deformation of rings during processing,and the precision of product is effectively improved.
