摘要
本文研究了钴化合物在普通石墨管中石墨探针表面上的原子化过程。X-射线衍射分析,扫描电子显微镜分析,X-射线光电子能谱分析与原子吸收光谱测量的结果表明,硫酸钴首先转化为氧化钴,后者再在石墨探针表面被碳还原生成气态钴原子。
The mechanism of atomization for cobalt sulfate on the graphite probe surface in graphite furnace has been studied by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) spectrometry,scanning electron micrography (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), as well as graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. It is shown that cobalt sulfate can be changed into oxide during its charring period, the atomic vapor is produced due to reduction of oxide by carbon on the probe surface.
